Additional Payment Charges: Paypal and debit or credit card payments will be charged a 4% SMCSAP processing fee on top of their option choice.

Late Payment Penalty: A penalty fee of 10% will be charged to members for paying late. Payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Payment Options 1: Pay the Full $770

Payment Option 2: Send two $385 invoices

Payment Option 3: Send three $256.67 invoices

Payment Option 4: Send four $192.50 invoices

There may be other items for sale at the SMCSAP market that are sold at an additional cost.

YES. Members pay up front for the whole season. This allows SMCSAP the ability to prepare for the season with the funds necessary to purchase supplies, utilities, and other expenses, while you wait patently for the ending crop.

While SMCSAP does its best to provide an abundant box of produce each week. If things are scarce, due to uncontrollable circumstances, Subscription fees are not refundable.

Produce Choice:The choice of produce that is grown for the group, although we do take request, cannot be guaranteed. If the majority wants to grow a particular vegetable, We will put out a poll on our private Facebook page to poll for the requested food choice. The staff of the SMCSAP will consider the Subscribers suggestion and determine if the product can viably be added to the list of grow produce. SMCSAP does their best to grow the chosen vegetable through the winter and spring season. Although this is a risk, it is a great risk by us all. The great thing about subscribing with SMCSAP is that the greenhouse on site can extend the growing seasons, barring many unforeseen issues. All in all, the risk that we all face results is a feeling of "We can do this together".

SMCSAP requires Subscribers to read all of the information on this page. Through reading, this allows you the Subscribing participant to understand that risks are possible in this food venture.

Overage of food and paying expenses: Once all the food weekly SMCSAP food order baskets have been filled, any remaining food will be sold to walk in customers.  This will allow the SMCSAP to pay for other expense that SMCSAP has incurred during the growing season.

No alterations or changes are allowed to this page, it’s website, or any other SMCSAP or Advertisement, without written approval by the SMCSAP Director.
